Instead of ligering round void decks, the government is giving the people the opportunities to work, earn some income for themselves instead of relying on the government and their children. Moreover Singapore is facing a ageing trend and the life expectancy is growing. The labor chief also tried to abolish the stereotype thinking set by the employers that only the younger ones can out do the old one.
