Man used false address to get illegal loans

HIS INNOCENT NEIGHBOUR BECAME TARGET OF LOAN SHARKS. when i heard about the incident i was disgusted about how people can do this onto others. i mean how would the guy feel if his ex neighbour did on him instead of the other way around. the guy was being heartless and acted with total and callous disregard for the safety of others. i feel that he deserved his two weeks of jail terms as this should teach him a lesson.
