Youth jailed for sex with minor


I strongly feel that the full time national serviceman of the age 19, deserved a longer jail term instead of merely 5 years. The main reason is because not only did he had consenual sex with the 14 years old girl, he also invited his friends over to have sex with her on several occasions. I was appauled by his actions and i feel that his actions are unpardonable. Being so irresponsible, he could actually have caused the girl to an unwed mother. who is going to bear the responsibility?

I feel that Took ought to be hung. The main reason behind it was that i feel since he was able to recall how he chopped, squeezed and kicked Huang Na shows that he was proud of his act. Moreover i feel that for someone to be able to relate what and how he did to his victim is probably mentally unstable. Hence i feel that the court should not have a rare split decision to whether to hang Took.
